My twist on a portabella mushroom burger (replacing a hamburger patty with a mushroom cap). You can also do these on the grill and just pop them on a hamburger bun with your favorite burger fixings for a low fat vegetarian burger.
I'm doing Weight Watchers so these are 3 Points(c) per sandwich.
This is something my grandmother always made that is very simple and is a favorite at my house. It has all the main components of a balanced meal in one pot, which makes it doubly convenient. I hope everyone enjoys it!
