This is a lower cal. recipe. I enjoy it because we get less cal. without losing any of the taste.
I also add lettuce, Fat Free Sour cream, refried beans, and tomatoes. These are all optional so I did not count the cal. for them.
I made this so my family would eat healthier and still enjoy the taste. We eat this with either a side of steamed green beans or Asparagus.
