It gets really cold in Iowa and I love this on those winter days! I like to make a big batch and keep it around for leftovers. I'm not the best at measuring when I cook, so the quantities are approximate and spicy stuff is to taste. (Watch the chipolte in adobo if you've never used them!)
Slightly spicy flavored ground meat jerky!
The measurements on this are approximate because I'm not a person that follows a recipe exactly. I'll try to tell you what to do in the instructions.

Just my version of a tuna casserole based on what I had at home.
Basic egg salad
Usually just a mixture of whatever fresh vegetables I have on hand added to some chicken.
I might add water chestnuts or bamboo shoots if I have them but they are not in nutrition calculations.
I'm assuming one large portabella mushroom is approximately 100g but I didn't measure before I cooked. I know mushrooms don't at much in terms of calories, so I wasn't too worried about it.
