I don't follow a recipe. I just throw things together and this one turned out nicely.
A friend of mine gave me this recipe. It's the best guacamole yet. It has a strong garlic taste. Great for garlic lovers.
This recipe was from the cookbook "Eat, Shrink, And be Merry". I tweaked it up a bit and added whole wheat flour instead of all purpose, flax seed instead of nuts and wheat germ instead of oat bran. It Tastes so good I would make it again.
Just take the left over pot roast and left over carrots and make it into a stew.
You can use celery or other veggies if you want. I had used the dressing as I had no Miracle Whip. Not only was it tasty but provided the moisture I like in my tuna salad.
I found this recipe in a Rachael Ray magazine. I have made it twice and the whole family loves it. You do not miss the meat and it is really filling. Defiantly a recipe to keep making.
If you are using lasagna noodles you don't have to precook, do not cook the tomatoe sauce down too much. Found I needed the liquid to cook the noodles in the oven.
Pork loin chops with apricot mustard sauce. From the book Eat, Shrink and be Merry
With this recipe, it has a poached egg and ciabatta bread for a topping but it can be omitted. It isn't included in this recipe. I also omitted the sea salt as my husband has high blood pressure.
