This I made on a whim, I also added a dash of lemon and lime juice and salt and pepper as well. I didn't add these to my calorie count since it's so little.
Yummy, easy, and delicious :) I found this recipe at andreasrecipes.com and slightly modified it for my own tastes. I also use a wok to make this but you don't have to.
Something I quickly threw together because I had cans of beans, the 426 grams is actually ONE 15 oz can of kidney beans.
I made this on a whim cuz I was craving something that's stewy. I served it with couscous :)
