This is not low fat, low sugar, or low cal but it is a great treat for people with allergies/sensitivities.
This is the flour mix I use for my gluten free baking.
Based on the PC recipe but with bumped up fibre and chocolate chips
Something I put together while doing the Hormone Diet 2-week detox. Filling and yummy!
Makes a huge batch (10 x 1 cup servings) - great for a crowd or for leftovers.
Calorie count is for regular butter, sugar,sweetened coconut and 2% milk. You can lighten it up a bit by making some alterations. These are a favourite of my kids and my husbands (and mine!)

Excellent over brown rice.
