This is a recipe for pizza if you are really trying not to eat badly. One slice of Pizza Hut's pizza can be twice as much as this personal pizza. Cuts down on the calories and carbs. Substitutes can also be pizza sauce, but both taste about the same. Also Ragu's Tomato and Basil sauce has a full serving of vegetables in every serving of sauce.:)
