This chunky, veggie-packed chili is just the thing for cold-weather comfort or watching the game. A surprise ingredient—cauliflower—adds even more flavor. This can be made with Bison, however I chose lean ground beef and it is to die for! Came from the Whole Foods website
This is fantastic, light, and a perfect balance of nutrition to keep you going all day. Did I mention it is really easy to prepare.

I made this up and it is quick and really fantastic. It is healthy, low-fat, quick, and perfect for anyone looking to lose weight or just stay energized and healthy. This makes 1 serving, but you are only using .75 cup of the barley. Save the rest for the next time you make it!
This hummus and feta wrap is so quick and easy if you store pre-cut vegetables in your fridge. It is a great, lowfat, heart healthy lunch!
This is straight from a five star recipe off of the Cooking Light site. It is fantastic and so good for you!
These are so hearty and healthy but your family or guests will never know they are good for them!
A sandwich that is SO big and satisfying! This recipe is straight from the back of the Boar's Head Sauerkraut package. The only thing I changed is the substitution of Lower Sodium Deli Turkey and also Fat Free Thousand Island. I also took the cheese out because you can't even taste it with all of the flavors!
This oatmeal is so easy! You can add raisins, cinnamon, chocolate chips, or anything else you can think of. Put is together at night, stick in the fridge, and bake in the morning if you want to make it even easier.
This recipe is not only the best Oven Pancake out there with it's crispy edges, it is so unbelievably low in fat and calories that you can easily have two servings for breakfast with and fit within your diet plans! Adapted from Cooking Light.
This frittata is a Cooking Light recipe that packs loads of veggies, ham, and cheese into a lowfat, lowcarb, and delicious breakfast. Pair with a piece of whole wheat toast and some fruit and you have the perfect breakfast.
