This is a Jamie Oliver recipe, adapted by the wonderful website Serious Eats.
Though the recipe does not call for it., I brown the chicken in small batches and remove them from the Dutch oven before adding the vegetables, then I re-add all the chicken at the same time as the flour. But if you don't have time, the method in the recipe is wonderful.
Super flavorful, high protein dinner.

Awesome, delicious, crowd pleasing, and not so low in fat or calories. Great paired with a huge pile of steamed veggies dressed with a squirt of lemon.
Delicious low fat and calorie stick to your ribs chili. Excellent frozen in portions.
Moist, tender crispy chicken. Makes 6 servings of 200 calories each.
