Needs adjusting, but it is a basic, not healthy/unhealthy crisp. Next time would do less brown sugar, more nuts, more oats, a bit of earth balance/margarine and blended graham crackers mixed in with berries to absorb liquid
Asian salad that I enjoy for a low cal lunch! Reminds me of eating at a Thai restaurant.
