Low-carb. This recipe calculates the canola oil for browning the chicken. You can bake this recipe in the oven without using the oil.
This is a version of Chef Meg's Strawberry Cream Grilled Pita for low-carb dieters.
This works best with light olive oil. If you want a slightly sweet taste, like Miracle Whip, use the Splenda. If not, leave it out
I got this recipe from Food Network. I substituted 1% cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese (my preference).
You can also place these in the oven and bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes or until tender
This is as close as I can guess it. Made for one person but can easily serve 2.
