Smoothies are often my go-to because they are quick, on-the-go, and completely customizable. I am really into chia seeds in my smoothies lately. They give me that extra superfood boost plus thicken up the shake a bit. I love this smoothie because itís packed with the health benefits of berries, chia seeds, and almond milk plus has the protein Iím looking for (and it tastes DELICIOUS).
Add to a couple whole wheat tortillas and some low fat sour cream and you have a meal.
This is the original recipe - I do substitute cooking spray and butter spray sometimes for the butter for less calories. Sometimes I add more veggies or have a big salad with this. My kids & hubby love it.
Not a calorie conscience dessert. But my family loves these and I wanted the calorie count.
Oh so creamy and yummy. Even the kids enjoyed it.
I use this over my whole wheat waffles, pancakes & sometimes Ice cream or even an apple. It gives you a little pick me up and good for the sweet tooth.
"These cheesy chicken sandwich melts have all of the flavor of fajitas without the drippy mess!"
NOTE: The nutrition data for this recipe includes the full amount of the boil ingredients. The actual amount of the boil consumed will vary.
Great little dip for bread sticks, chips or veggies.
I usually pair this with some Quaker Mini Cheese Rice Cakes and that is my meal.
This is not bad calorie wise if you cut in smaller pieces. I do 24 but if I am feeling guilty about it I will cut them smaller to 48 and wrap them for 1 a day.
This can be made with any fruit/jello combination you crave. Mine is strawberry or raspberry.
This is just the basic recipe and yes it is all the favorites in one. I do add occasionally green pepper, mushrooms, etc.
This is one you have to just try once.
Low calories, low carb, low fat and oh so yummy!
Simple, yummy and a great comfort food.
This is so close to the wonderful Amish candy that is so expensive. It will be more calories or less depending on how big you want them. I cut them for 30 servings. But oooohhh so good. Everyone loves it.
Almost like a homemade Hamburger Helper with more to a serving. Kids love it.
