Super easy crock pot pulled pork.
The basis for this recipe was a copycat of Olive Garden's dumpling soup. I changed several things. The original says that a rotisserie chicken works best, but I haven't tried that. The original also called for double the butter and cream, which I cut for pretty obvious reasons.
Tastes like olive garden, but not low ANYTHING. Be prepared to make this your only meal of the day. The basics come from Robbie's Recipes (they have some WONDERFUL recipes over there), but believe it or not, I made some substitutions to reduce calories (reducing amount of butter, substituting half of the whipping cream with half and half), and the seafood is my addition.
