Reduced Sugar cake mix made with pumpkin and a dollop of cream cheese in the center of each cupcake.
Just threw this together and Robert and I both loved it, so I quickly wrote down the ingredients.
Healthy, hearty and delicious. The sodium content is quite a bit lower than indicated in the nutrition breakdown as the breakdown doesn't account for the fact that you drain and rinse the beans.
My husband loves these. Great for me as I don't have to bake cookies.
Robert is always asking for hamburger soup, so I finally developed a recipe that he likes. He loves it in fact.
Started in a pan and moved to the slow cooker, this stew is tender and tasty. You can substitute any beef, but I prefer a meat that doesn't need to be tenderized.

My own basic recipe - a favourite of ours. Sometimes I add a layer of dijon mustard on the top and substitute dijon for the ketchup in the recipe as well.
