Modified recipe of Rachel Mac breadless mcmuffins using turkey, spinach & feta cheese.
High in Protein & Fiber. Getting in your veggies and good fats too. Great for after a workout or breakfast.
sub that fatty mayo or miracle whip with some fat free plain greek yogurt. toss the egg yolk too. Instead of the usual plain tuna, add some with a little extra flavor (I picked hickory smoked). Mustard gives it a little pizazz too :)
This was a staple meal in my childhood. It was hearty, filling, and nutritional. You can leave out the bouillon cube if you want to reduce the sodium since no salt is really used in this recipe.
Mostly all natural ingredients. Full of flavor without adding much seasoning.

I'm not a fan of cilantro. I don't like biting on a fresh onion either so I prefer to dice the onions in my guacamole.
OMG...this smoothie tastes like a WONDERFULLY melted peanut butter chocolate ice cream! If done right it will be whipped up in the blender and be kinda thick like a malt from an old time soda shop! YUM!
This was supposed to be a MOCK Pasta Fagoli but I forgot to add the pasta. Keeps the carbs low in the end. This is a wonderfully hearty soup and sodium content was kept low with the chicken broth instead of a bullion cube.
simple chicken noodle soup with fresh veggies and minimal sodium but can be reduced by using low sodium Chicken Broth. I didn't have any in my pantry so I used Low Sodium bullion cubes.
Tuna salad minus mayo or miracle whip. This tuna is high in protein and low if fat.
light, fresh, healthy...what more could you ask for? (this is slightly altered from original recipe)
