Little bites of garlic herb goodness to add carbs where needed
1.5 cup enriched white flour
1.5 cup whole wheat
1 T baking powder
1.5 T sugar
1.5 T Ideal sweetener
12 oz Negra Modelo
2 T sriracha
1/4 cup mexican cheese

A great, lower-cal twist on french toast. Maple extract gives the flavor of syrup without the calories, and chinese five-spice gives the traditional french toast seasonings a kick!
I ate all four slices with 4 links of vegetarian breakfast sausage and an orange for a more balanced, yummy, vegeterian meal!
I made this as a main course for one, but it would also be a great side dish!
Adapted based on what I had around -- turned out yummy!
A basic rice krispie treat recipe, scaled down and substituted with a more fiber-full snack.

* Matzo Crackers, 5 matzo (remove)
* Marchocolate, .75 cup mini chips (remove)garine, hard, 1 stick (remove)
* Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
