Yummy, melt off the bone, delicious family style ribs.
I used 1 pack of spareribs that was 3.94lbs, it had 12 ribs in it. Thus, 12 servings. High in calories but worth every bite!!
Blue cheese where you would least expect it.
Members of my family have drank this and had things cured. Couldn't hurt and it tastes good.
***Remember to add your own fruit and calculate separately.
I came up with it tonight and it was a hit.

Low everything and yummy. Does the trick for my 3pm snacking.
A filling and yummy breakfast/snack idea.
Great lunch or light dinner option...quick and easy. Super yummy too. (Even my meat-lover husband loved it)
High Calories, but ooooo sooooo filling. Don't let the cal's deceive you. This is a yummy and FILLING breakfast option. I drank it at 7am and it's almost 11am and I'm not yet ready for a snack.
Just something to throw together that is healthy.
