This is delicious with a good serving of protein but a little high in fats. Next time I will try it with less cheese and sour cream.

Crusted Roast Broccoli

This is a nice change from the typical roast broccoli.

Creamed Spinach

This is delicious. I use a roux instead of heavy cream to reduce calories and fat!! Use more spinach to make more servings and reduce fat even more.

Shrimp & Lobster Vegetable Stir-Fry

This came out great but the quantities are based on whatever vegetables we had in the fridge. You may have more, less or different veggies to add. The most important items are the seasonings: soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, and roasted garlic. We also used olive oil to saute all the veggies.

You may add a serving of lo mein; not included above.

Pear Syrup

This is great over pancakes or waffles.

Broccoli Baked Potatoes

This is delicious and a great way to sneak the broccoli onto your kids plates!! Add pepper and salt to taste.

Turkey and Chick Pea Soup

This is a twist on a Cuban Pork and Garbanzo Bean Soup recipe I use. It's came out GREAT and is much healthier. Oh, and the seeds in the jalapeno is what makes it spicy, so just remove the seeds if you don't like it too spicy. All the ingredients are organic, so it naturally has less sodium than if you use traditional ingredients.

Chicken & Vegetable Fried Brown Rice

Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe how yummylicious this was. The seeds in the Jalapeno make it spicy, if you remove the seeds it wont' be spicy anymore.

Lobster Shrimp & Corn Chowder

This is a Rachel Ray Recipe with a couple of changes to lower fat content and increase protein. It's fabulous.
