The secret to this tender chicken is to tenderize it before cooking. Plus, the calories are lower due to Italian seasoning replacing Italian Salad Dressing. To decrease cooking time, substitute the wild rice (wild rice takes 50 minutes to cook).
This is similar to regular spaghetti, only with macaroni noodles and ground pork.
