This is a duplicate recipe from another poster. However, there was no nutritional information attached to their recipe, so I'm adding it again.
My celiac hubby was craving tomato soup and grilled cheese one day (this was before we became Sparkies), and I mixed this up for him.
I can't tolerate any kind of artifical sweetener, and the yogurt I was getting at the store was just way too high in calories and sugar, so I decided to mix up my own. This is lower in sugar and calories, and higher in protein, and can be made to suit your personal preferences.
This is a delicious subtitute for sour cream, and with only 10 calories per tablespoon and no fat! You can't get any better than that!
