An amazing creamy sauce for Salmon
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, with electric mixer, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in yogurt and lemon zest. Stir in dry ingredients just until well mixed. Remove 1 cup of batter and set aside. Spread rest of batter in 8 inch springform pan greased on bottom only. Place reserved batter back in bowl, stir in berries. Spread over batter in pan. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in centre. Cool for 5 minutes then remove outer ring from pan.
If curry is new to your cooking repertoire, this dish is for you. Tomatoes, onion, and pepper blend with sweet raisins and pungent curry for a mild, yet flavorful dish. Great over rice. Can be a bit bland so I add Garlic Plus spice but would also be great adding peppers!
