Ingredients:

* Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)
* Yogurt, plain, low fat, .3333 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
* JIF smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp/serving, 5.33 tbsp (remove)
* Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
* Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
* Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
* *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
* *Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed, 4 tbsp (remove)
* *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, .75 tsp (remove)
* Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
* Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
* Allspice, .125 tsp (remove)

My Runner's World Shrimp Scampi

Took recipe from Runner's world, added corn starch to recipe and adjusted for more then one person.

Grilled Scallops & Shrimp

Grilled Scallops & Shrimp with Lemon Peppercorn marinade & Roasted Garlic. Grilled bell pepper, shallots, vidalia onion.

Pineapple Cookies

1/4cup butter
3/4cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 c.sifted flour
1/4tsp.soda
1/4 c.nuts.optional
1/4 c.drained crushed pineapple
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp.baking powder
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375o until browned.

Grilled Potatos

Ingredients:

* Red Potato, 1134 grams (remove)
* *Vidalia Onion (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
* Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
* *5th Season Garlic Salt, 3 tsp (remove)
* *Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp (remove)
* *1/8th tsp Paprika, 3 serving (remove)
