I can't eat healthy if it isn't tasty. I love my crock pot, most of my recipes are throw & go. Double the portions & freeze 1/2 in 1 serving size ziploc freezer baggies--saves time & you have more variety each week & it's great for people who want to stay out of the kitchen like me.
|All Beans & Brown Rice--Great Health & Fabulous Taste
I serve these over brown rice or alone. Substitute dry spices for fresh by using half the amount recommended in recipe. In a fix, use low-salt Tony Chachere's, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, & worschesters to spice up beans in a crock pot. Use J & D's bacon salt as a meat substitute

Well, I filled up my first one, so this is just more of the good stuff in here. I love keeping these in here so I can just print them out when I'm in a hurry to go to the grocery & how easy it is to just add them to my nutrition tool on here, so the info shows up for my calorie tracking.

These will all be served with a side of veggies & there will be a bread bowl on the table. Anyone who doesn't like the meal, can have bread for dinner, breakfast will be coming soon..We all have to eat healthy...thank goodness for multi-vitamins...
