I loved this as a child and still do on a hot day.
I used 2 6 oz single tubs of ice cream.
I have been craving ribs. I looked online and found two recipes close to what I wanted at cooks.com
Just threw some things together that I had in the refrigeration and wal-lah! Let me know how you like it.
I was craving tuna salad and since I had a McDouble yesterday decided I better come up with something low in cals so here it is.
I fixed eggs for the boys, plain scrambled and I was hungry for a real omelet, so I just microwaved some with goodies for my self.
I was craving chicken ciabatta so here it is minus the bread. My son got to eat the bread. Not Fair!
This make two servings. I use a large chicken breast and cut it so I have about a 1/4 of it, calorie calculations are for 1/2.
I love strawberries and have had them in salads before, I was tired of just lettuce salad so decided to try something different. Didn't have walnuts so added MamaJ's trail mix.
I was out of eggs and just out everything. Had teenagers over and needed something for breakfast. I figured these would be filling for hungry boys and I was right. They loved them.
Next time will add eggs. They are good anytime.
I used tilapia and salmon with this dish. The teens said it was good.
I found this recipe on the Angel Food Ministries web site. I make some of the pancakes bigger (teenage he-man size) so there was less servings. This is good for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Brunch and lunch add good stuff to batter before cooking. I cheated and had two small ones 4" . 8 servings Amt Per Serving

I hail from Texas and this is a staple on most tables. I add a little lemon juice for extra zip sometimes.
I love noodles and this is a healthy way for me to satisfy the urge.

My son asked for seconds and thirds, good thing it is 4 servings I am lucky I got mine.
Looking for a quick supper or lunch? All the time it takes is just getting everything out of the fridge. I have included the ingredients for the side salad.
