Delicious, full of veggies. My kids love them! I serve them with pickled yellow peppers
Mom's Tuna Casserole with some modifcations that decrease calories and improve the flavor
Full of vegetables...the kids don't even notice they are there. I substitute whaterver veggies I have on hand...bell pepper and zucchini are good too
Good for not only for breakfast but any time. Substiute ham, canadian bacon, or leave out the meat altogether.
