Gina's Protein Rich Berry Frozen Yogurt

I need a lot of protein becasue of malabsorbstion issues. So I always look for ways to increase mine w/o sabataging the rest of my diet. I like frozen yogurt, so here is one of my recipes. Hope you enjoy.

Green Chili Frittata

"This rich recipe is great for either a brunch or breakfast. You can make this a day ahead if you want to serve it for an early morning breakfast. Just reheat in the microwave. You may use any combination of cheese in this recipe, even non-fat."

Gina's Low Carb French Toast

Gina's Crock Pot Shredded Beef {Machaca]

My family loves Shredded Beef, soft tacos, hard tacos, enchiladas, in taco salad or just over rice. This is my slow cooker recipe for shredded beef. You can reduce the peppers to make it less spicy.

Gina's Popeye Turkey Burgers

We love burgers in my house. When I was a kid there was a restaurant my parents took me to that had a Beef burger called the Popeye because they added chopped spinach.     Wonderful things you can do with all that Farm Fresh produce you find at Farmer's Markets. In the Bay Area - East Bay we have access to some huge farmer's markets with products from meats, poultry, dairy to veggies and fresh olive oils and vinegars.
