I need a lot of protein becasue of malabsorbstion issues. So I always look for ways to increase mine w/o sabataging the rest of my diet. I like frozen yogurt, so here is one of my recipes. Hope you enjoy.
"This rich recipe is great for either a brunch or breakfast. You can make this a day ahead if you want to serve it for an early morning breakfast. Just reheat in the microwave. You may use any combination of cheese in this recipe, even non-fat."

WE like to keep things lower carb, fat and sugar in our house. So I redid my old French Toast recipe into tjis one.
My family loves Shredded Beef, soft tacos, hard tacos, enchiladas, in taco salad or just over rice. This is my slow cooker recipe for shredded beef. You can reduce the peppers to make it less spicy.
We love burgers in my house. When I was a kid there was a restaurant my parents took me to that had a Beef burger called the Popeye because they added chopped spinach. Years later I have reinvented it, increased the nutritional value and decreased the fat. We love spinach in my house and hope you will like our Popeye Burger.

I love the flavors in a chicken enchilada, but not the fat. I am always on the go, so this is my hybrid version of getting those flavors with out the fat and sit down or going thru drive-thru. Hope you enjoy it.

Wonderful things you can do with all that Farm Fresh produce you find at Farmer's Markets. In the Bay Area - East Bay we have access to some huge farmer's markets with products from meats, poultry, dairy to veggies and fresh olive oils and vinegars.
