Everyone loves fried chicken, but it is so messy, and lets face it, unhealthy. This recipe will let you have your fried chicken back and with no added cholesterol.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip in butter with pepper sauce, coat with cracker crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until tender.
