(This takes off 78.8 calories, 606 grams of fat, 300mg sodium, .3g carbs, & 4.7g protein) I like the added protein and cheesy taste and this fits into my meal plan just right. ;D

This is a recipe that is supposed to be like the meat sauce served at Vince's Spaghetti in Southern California. It was published in the Press Enterprise several years ago in Riverside, CA and has become one of our family favorites. I give this information because I did not come up with the recipe and want to give credit where it's due. Published in a newspaper... Is that copyrighted? You decide.
I'm going to try this served over wheat pasta and use leaner beef now that I'm being more conscious of what I'm eating. This will be an occasional treat for the family. ;D
