by Sarah Phillips from the Healthy Oven Baking Book. Bakes up moist & chewy. I use Hodgson's Mill Multi-Grain with Milled Flaxseed & Soy Hot Cereal as the "unprocessed bran."
The prunes should soaked in aprox. 1/4 cup of very hot water to soften them then removed from water & pureed until smooth.
