I try to cut down on the fat, without sacraficing flavour. Have to have this because it's the kids fav!
I would reduce 1/2 C of balsamic vinegar with 2T of honey to make a syrop for use rather than the vinaigrette.
This is an excellent salad dressing with lots of options for different tastes.
Just made this recipe up with left over ground beef. It was delicious!
I add the peel of 1 lemon and 1 more cup of cranberries than the original recipe calls for.
You can use any fruit for these - try a mix.
