Seems like a lot of calories and fat for one breakfast dish, but it's healthy fat with a ton of protein, and bonus: it keeps you full for a long time. Good for a heavy workout day and/or when you have a really light dinner planned.

Applesauce Multi Grain Muffins

Taken from the Country Choice Multi Grain Hot Cereal box. I doubled the recipe, and got more than two muffin tins. Hmm.
I added more cinnamon and sugar than the recipe specified on the box. Good thing, too! :P
