Kimchi with garlic, peppers, and shrimp.
Has only ONE gram of saturated fat!
This is a healthier version of Ham, Vegetable and Noodle Casserole found in the Cooking Club magazine for April/May 2010. Use leftover ham to create this recipe! This could be made even healthier by adding more vegetables, egg whites (or egg substitute) and using fat free cheddar.
I had a can of mandarin oranges, can of peaches, granny smith apple, orange, and green grapes in my fridge so I mixed all them together into a fruit salad. All the ingredients just happened to be green or orange so it looks and tastes fabulous. Quick easy and healthy.
Cool, very simple, fat-free spread. I used it over my Spicy Salmon Cakes to balance out the spiciness. Recipe is a fat-free version from the Rachel Ray of the Food Network.
Spicy Salmon cakes can be combined with my Cool Chive Sour Cream spread to create a perfect combination! To be consumed over rice, couscous, or as a sandwich.
Very Velveeta cheesy recipe, whole wheat Rotini, and chicken breast.
