Very tasty chicken dish with a refreshing after taste.
While the omelette is cooking, I mix a smoothie in the blender and cook a little turkey bacon on the side.
This is a modification of a standard pot roast that cuts the fat content in half. This recipe requires a crock pot although it requires less time if you use a pressure cooker.
My father used to make this when I was sick, it was the best chicken soup I have ever had. A little high on sodium so usually I substitute for the low sodium broth. Another alternative for this soup is using wheat flour to make the noodles instead of white flour.
This recipe is both unbelievably easy and indescribably delicious. It takes only a few minutes to prepare. Just cook the cutlets in butter, and then heat honey and pecans in the drippings to make the sauce. Try serving with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans. This is guaranteed to be a favorite!
This has a great combination of fruit, milk and fiber to create a good wake up and go meal. You can also substitute milk for soy milk if you want.
This is a classic corn chowder that my mother used to make, it has quite a bit of flavor. I have also added variations by adding crab or lobster with some Old Bay seasoning to the mix.
Simple recipe that takes very little prep time. Has really good citris flavor.
This recipe can also be good grilled on a wood plank.
This has a great combination of flavors, I use Maggi Sauce instead of Soy Sauce because it's a little less in sodium.
Very good and easy to make
This is relatively quick to make and provides a well balanced meal in a single skillet.
Serving size: 1 cup
Very good wings, great when combined with brown rice and cabbage.
This is a great substitute for a pizza craving, it gives you a healthy alternative to a regular store bought pizza.
