These were a huge hit!! I have been wanting to do Turkey Burger Sliders, for sometime now. I came across some whole wheat dinner rolls that I just knew would be the perfect size to do it! I make a few changes to a favorite Turkey Burger recipe and made it into these yummy sliders!! I even made some "special" mayo. Cayenne mayo and Dilly mayo (canola light mayo, of course) were the perfect touch to these little gems!!
Very yummy! Cinnamon, pecans and sugar mixed into pears and butternut squash make a wonderful side. The kids will never know what they are eating.
YummO! About 120 calories per bar, these are super delicious!
I am sure there are some substitutions that can be made to this recipe to lower the calories even more.

I made these for my son's Tee Ball game. He has allergies (milk, eggs & peanut butter) so I have to find Vegan Recipes for him to eat. These fit the bill and he loves them!!
