I found this recipe on bakingbites.com, and it looked pretty interesting! Am definately going to try it! For the sake of journaling the nutrition, I entered it so that one taco = one serving.
This is a recipe to begin to prepare the night before.
3 Boiled Egg Whites
2 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
onion & celery salt to taste
My first try making a smoothie turned out delicious. Knock about 50 calories off by leaving out the flax seed.
One of those throw-together meals turned out tasty enough that I thought I would share it. I served it over whole wheat pasta and topped it with a little shredded cheese for garnish.
