Amazing recipe! And great made into muffins for a quick freeze/re-heat meal.
I took my normal Banana Bread recipe and substituted Splenda for Sugar. Turns out smaller and a little denser but alright.
Experimenting with Banana Bread, this is one variation with mostly Splenda, but with sweet brown sugar and spicy Cinnamon added.
This dish is a nice switch to a normal rice, soya & veggies that we always seem to cook up! Give it a try I promise you'll love it! Also this works well with Chicken breasts.
A great dish for kids, the whole dish ends up turning purple!
Experimenting with smoothies I finally found a recipe that tastes great! It's full of great fruit flavour and nice and creamy. I originally started making these to help fill my vitamin c and calcium requirements!
