this is my version of stuffed shells. there is no meat in them though meat can be added if desired but the calorie intake goes up to over 500 calories with lean meat added. this requires roughly 20 minutes of prep time but is well worth it!

a sweet and fruity frozen drink that is low in calories and tastes great! and if you want, you can substitute any of the fruits for other frozen fruits.
