Although there are many ingredients this is very easy and quick to make.. You can use any vegetables in your fridge that you prefer, but always include onions and red peppers. It seems to add that extra flavor.
I basically didn't know what to make for breakfast and came up with this easy to make, but with ingredients that were straight from my fridge. All vegetable ingredients can be sustitued to whatever you may have in fridge, but this tasted great once I was done with it.
