Strawberry Freeze
This is so yummy, you will think you are cheating. It can really satisfy a sweet tooth!
Blender Waffles
The original recipe was for pancakes, but I make them in our Belgian Waffle maker, thus the number of servings is low and the size is high.
I also use olive oil instead of veg. oil so I get the good fats in my diet.
