Better than Gatorade! (no artificial sweeteners or preservatives)
Very easy to make and quite tasty!
This smoothie is quite sweet and perfectly tasty for a summer treat. Cherries and blueberries work very well together to create a nice balance of sweet and tart, while the banana rounds everything out. Any choice of yogurt may be used, but I suggest something low fat or non-fat.
