This is Prime Pork Tenerloin with some Bacon and Great White Northern Beans added. We cooked this in our Crock Pot. Each serving is 1 cup.

The Perfect Brownie

This is a great recipe, easy to make and only 70 calories a serving if you divide the pan into 38 squares. You can also cut caloreis by leaving out the Chopped Pecans and the Mini Chips and it is still very good.

Grape Salad

This is a great desert or snack. To Spark the recipe use 1/2 cup of Slenda instead of sugar.

Brian's Crustless Quiche

This Quiche is a special feature on the lunch menu of Twilight Grille in Springfield MO where Brian works and he is the one who introduced this recipe to the Twilight Grille.
This is set up as four 8 ounce servings. To decrease calories you could do 8 four ounce serving for half the calories.

Salmon Fried Rice and Veggies

This is set up for 2 sevings but at only 157 calories per serving you can have it as one serving or add other food to this for a meal. You can double the recipe and have 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
