A sugar free frozen treat. Blue ribbon winner for sugar free dessert at the Oregon State Fair in 2005.
Practice for the State Fair - vegetable competition
A mild curry. I added some dried sumac I had recently purchased at an ethnic market; adds just a little something extra. The seems a bit protien-heavy to me, so next time I'd probably add twice the veggies. Serve over rice or couscous and top with your choice (we have greek yogurt, banana, flaked coconut and preserved walnuts)
Dip your chips or top some grilled chicken or fish!
Wonderfully cool and delicious treat; feels like cheating, but so healthy!
Latest and best version of the salad I love.
5.02.2009 - less mayo, more vinegar, more broccoli
Getting as much potassium as I can in one dish. Could use some salt or more broth, if you desire. Very thick and satisfying.
Not low calorie, but friends will rave and a little goes a long way!
Easy to make. Not too spicy. Lots of potassium.
Simple, nutritious and colorful meal.
Not low calorie, but no refined sugars.
Made up on the fly. Hope I remembered the amounts correctly! It is approximately correct. (Sorry they weren't added in correct order)
