Very delicious and so easy! I serve it with mini croissants for showers, brunches and picnics, It is always a big hit and is requested by my friends and family often. It can be made even lower in calories by substituted the mayo with Greek style yogurt and dijon mustard.

My Moms Classic Beef Stroganoff made lite
