This is so delicious and a little sweet! Got this from Betty Crocker web site. Pasta not included in calorie count.
Very good. Makes 14 1/2cup servings at 82 calories. It's a bit spicy! Got this recipe from cooks.com
This recipe is from Parents.com. I used veggie meat instead of ground meat and I halved the recipe and still made it in a 13x9 pan. For a thicker slice double the recipe but the calories will be doubled.
1 half of a bell pepper is one serving. 1/2 cup of meat mixture per pepper halve.
