PROTEIN SMOOTHIE Drink an hour or two after boot camp!! Lotsa protein to rebuild and replenish those tired muscles! 4 egg whites 2 cups skim or non fat milk 2 cups frozen strawberries 1 banana 2 splenda or equal MIX TOGETHER IN BLENDER. RELAX, DRINK, ENJOY!!
