Kashi Go Lean Cereal Bars (Soft)

I have 1 bar for breakfast and 1 bar for lunch (about 350 calories) then eat a healthy supper with a multi-vitamin. I was eating fast food biscuits and burgers and now I am losing about 3-5 lbs. a week with moderate exercise.
