A stunning dessert, but so easy to prepare! I have stated "Cherry Jello" in this recipe, but in fact make my own jelly/jello using blackberries, sugar, water and gelatine. Instructions at end of recipe. Preparation is very quick, but preparation time given includes time needed to cool and set.
