I improvised a protein bar recipe and I really liked the results! I cut the bars quite big so I could use them for my breakfast so this is why the calories are high.
I have played with this recipe to cut calories...1/2c mayo instead of 3/4c, turkey bacon not real bacon, and a sugar sub. instead of 1/2 c sugar.
This is a cold bulgur salad using the concept of a greek salad and tobbouleh mixed together. I hope you enjoy!
