Quiche is one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately it is packed full of cheese, eggs, and butter and doesn't lend itself to a healthy lifestyle. So I made a calorie friendly version that was actually really good! Hope you enjoy!
I based this recipe off of one by Rachel Ray. I adapted it to be a little more lifestyle friendly! It's a cream based recipe but its not too rich. So great with a salad on the side.
So I went to the farmer's market this past week and had my mind set of making a toally healthy sit fry. It's packed full of veggies pretty healthy for you! Hope you enjoy.
Please note while stirfrying this dish there are no set times for anything. I just stirfry until the vegetables and tofu are cooked to the way I want them.
So, I live in the south and decided to try and make a little healthier version of our regional classic Fried Green Tomatoes. My family and I enjoyed it, so I sure hope you do!
