I call soups like this "Hodge Podge Soup", which basically means I use leftovers and add things to them to be as thrifty as possible. We all liked this one. Great with tortilla chips crumbled on top.

| Debbie's Experiments I love to experiment with cooking. I have 3 kids- 1 who is not picky, 1 who is phobic about all sauces, gravies, and melted cheeses, and a 3rd who likes only one vegetable-broccoli. So, while being creative, I have to be sneaky too. I consider it a fun challenge to please them all most of the time. |
